Below is a description of the purchasing process on this website.

Select an Item to purchase

On the product page you will see an "Add to Cart" button. Press this button to have an item added to your shopping cart. You will immediately be taken to the shopping cart page. If you want to purchase more than one of a given item, you can change the quantity in the shopping cart by editing the numbers in the quantity column and clicking "Update cart" to have the total price recalculated. Remove an item by clicking the remove checkbox and clicking "Update cart".

Checkout

Once you have all the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, goto the shopping cart page and click the "Checkout" button. There is also a checkout link in the Shopping cart block below the main menu on each page.

If you are not currently logged into this website, you will then be asked to create an account. An account is needed for you to be able to come back to get and manage your licenses after the purchase is complete. You can either specify new account information or one will be set up for you.

On the Checkout page. Here you will be asked for your billing contact information and the payment method you would like to use. The contact information is for our internal use for notifications of product updates and customer support. It will not be shared or sold to anyone. See our privacy policy.

Payment

We currently accept payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card through the PayPal service. We also accept checks or money orders ( USA and Canada customers only) however, paying through the mail with a check or money order will not allow you get your license key immediately. You will have to wait till we receive the check before your license key can be made available to you. PayPal based orders are processed immediately and you can be using your new license key in just a few minutes.

Click "Review order to continue with checkout" to verify your billing contact information. If it is all correct and there are no errors to correct, click "Submit Order". This will take you to the PayPal secure website for you to complete the transaction. If you are paying with check or money order, you can now mail your payment and wait for notification by email that we received your letter. Please include your email address and order number in the letter containing the check or money order.

On the PayPal site, you can either log in to pay from a paypal account or under the login fields should be an option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.  This option is not available to all international customers.

When the transaction is complete, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to get and manage our license.

Managing your License

Once your transaction is complete, you still need to get your license and install it in the software to enable the full functionality of the product. To do this, log into the Digital Pipe Fitter website at: http://DigitalPipeFitter/user or select "My account" from the main menu if you are already logged in.

You will see four tabs near the top of the page:

View: Shows current user status.

Edit: Lets you edit your username, password and email address.

Orders: Lets you browse and print invoices from your previous orders.
(Click the magnifying glass icon to view invoice)

License: Lets you get and manage the licenses you have purchased.

To get your license you will need the install code from the computer you want to license. Install the Digital Pipe Fitter software on your PC and select the menu item Options/License. There you will find the 7 digit install code which is unique to your PC.
